The difference in opinions about the showroom is probably due to the differences in the wealth of wallets - in my case, someone from the service asked me at a clear request and apparently he was not delighted with the size of my budget, because he did not even bother to present me the car offer for three weeks after visit and conversation ... I assume that the price threshold motivating to work is quite high :-) I recommend it to anyone who hesitates between BMW and Volvo, the difference in approach to the customer is clear :-)
EDIT: but they must not refuse to care for comments and a desire to improve, the salon contacted me and discussed the whole situation - maybe it will bring positive changes.
The service in the lounge is really top notch. From the very moment we enter, we are greeted by the service that does not treat us as a necessary evil, which makes us feel very comfortable there. You can see that sellers do not want to squeeze the last penny out of you, but pick everything up to your specific needs. Nothing more nothing less. I would like the service to be at the same level as here in every place. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone :)
Today I was in a BMW Premium showroom, none of the employees bothered to ask if they could help or advise? I walked around the showroom and looked at the cars, although I was interested in buying parts for the BMW! It's a pity, a nice salon, but the employees have a client somewhere, although there were three men at the computer at the window and one client! Weird but true. I left after 15 minutes of staying in this place, thank you for the friendly service. Maybe you do not have to take care of the customer, I will give a nice example "because I'm earned".
Service is terrible for a premium brand salon. As if the employees were working as a punishment, maybe instead of the number of showrooms you would focus on the quality of service in the showroom. It was worth going to Warsaw, where in the BMW Auto Fus showroom the service is much better, I recommend to the adviser of Mr. Robert,
Sometimes it is worth going further to meet the friendly and competent staff.
For the first time I had the pleasure to be at the car show where I was welcomed very nicely. The service was great at the very entrance, the lady from the reception greeted me with a hearty smile and directed me to the right person who advised me in a specific and matter-of-fact manner, what I really wanted. Ps Delicious coffee aaaa !!!!! I recommend
