Great help from parts department but the overall dealership would benefit from some customer care training.
The AMG GLE Coupe 53+ will be serviced in September 2020. It is January 2021 and I am still waiting for the replacement of the wishbone and shock absorber :(. I do not recommend. Do you want to have problems with the service? Do you want to not have your car for a few months?

Service action, wasted time. No time for the customer, even though they ask when making an appointment if I would like to look at my car on a lift - which I approved of. The man who carried out my order announced that there was no time for such services, and the car was standing in front of the lift for about 30 minutes, probably to buy hours of work. It was my last visit to this site.
