Why is it still an open place? This is not a car wash, it is a hiding place

A car wash without any frenzy, something still does not work in it, its service is at a mediocre level, for another year and everything will fall apart

I remember the beginnings of this car wash was mega. Today, the service is not interested much in the quality of chemistry and its efficiency, frequent station failures, no replacement of leaky hoses and frequent coin rejection. For this there are only three stars today
