For several years, I have been using the car wash at ul. Zgierska 175. I was quite happy, but for a year now I wanted to clean the inside of the car several times. Still asking: can I clean the interior, I heard the answer: today there is no person cleaning the interior, there is too much work, maybe I will come another day ... I came after a few days and I received the same answers. About 10 days ago I was in the car wash, my car was washed and cleaning inside unfortunately failed again. So I asked for a phone call and we came to the conclusion that I can call and then there will be no problem ... I did so. On Wednesday, October 28, I called in the morning to make an appointment for washing and cleaning. Nobody was answering the phone (tried 11 times). I entered my number on the machine. phone and asked for a call back, NOTHING of this ... In the evening around 5:00 p.m. I called again and it worked, so I made an appointment for the next day, which is Thursday (October 29) at 11:00 am. I arrived that day at 10:45 and at 10:50 am I heard: this car, which is now being washed, will still be equipped inside and then my car will be washed and cleaned inside. So I asked: how long will it take, answer: 1 - 1.5 hours of course, just like my car later ... So the total time is several hours (with waiting). I do not understand why I had an appointment at 11:00 and I have to wait another 1.5 hours for my turn and then up to 1.5 hours washing and cleaning ... My question: what should I do with the washing pass for the next one ??? Should I destroy this pass ??? He became redundant for me !!! One thing is certain: if someone does not want to earn money for the services provided, the problem is small ... There are other car washes that will do what I have done and I am completely satisfied !!! My company opinion: SI-G.M.A. Manual car wash, or Moment car wash (... horror - "Moment") I don't know which name is current, both are at the same address and are car washes ...: VERY NEGATIVE !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this car wash !!!

I left my car at 1pm. At 5 p.m. I picked up. 85 zlotys washing inside and outside with vacuuming. I am satisfied with the service. I'll be back.
