I was ordering a quick-connect via the Internet with personal pickup here. I got an SMS that the product was ready in the store. There was a queue coming to the store, many people to serve, I understand that I have to wait for mine. After waiting, I went to the cash register and the Lord told me that if I picked it up to one of you in the store - okay, 15 minutes wasted, he could have told me earlier. If that was not enough, after another 15 minutes of waiting, the gentleman from the store came back from the warehouse and said that "it's gone somewhere" and you can order again. Another 15 minutes were wasted, not counting the journey from Łódź. A bit of a mockery. When there are a lot of people, I notice disorganization or colloquially speaking "brothel". I give it 3 stars, because this place has its advantages: when there were few people yesterday, when answering the phone, the lady served me perfectly, quickly and without any problems, the service is generally nice

We went today to buy kitchen equipment, together with the employee we chose five products that we were interested in, and everything would be fine if we did not find the man who served us at the installment stand, the employee himself, without our information, added additional refrigerator insurance to our bill without informing us at all about this fact, when we found out and asked you to remove this insurance, he said that there was no such possibility and tried to convince us that this insurance is necessary for our life, then he presented us with a completely different offer for which we came and stated and here he quotes that he will not be miraculous and if we don't like it, we don't have to use it! this is the approach to the customer of euro household appliances and electronics employees in the newly established facility in Zgierz

I bought a TV. It was 4 hours in and the loudspeakers started to make noise and the HDMI connections did not work. On the second day, I made a complaint. And silence ....

I was picking up the online reservation but by the way I made a supply of coffee - a large selection and attractive prices, especially for capsules. In addition, very nice and helpful shop staff. I recommend shopping.
