I was there with my 80-year-old father because the fridge got out because I wanted to give the adviser the size of the fridge that interests me, I learned that the dimensions are given everywhere and that I should look for myself. I ordered a fridge via the Internet, it turned out that it did not work, after a week it was picked up. Despite previous arrangements (with Justyna) for another model already purchased in the store, I paid again for transport and on delivery I learned that the payment is not paid. Earlier, men receiving broken equipment suggested that my father broke it by raising his pressure. I have been working in commerce for twenty years, it happens everywhere mishaps and mistakes, but not manipulation, slander and malice.

I have no words, a real brothel on wheels. I ordered a jack cable from the media expert website about 2 weeks ago. Of course, I was getting news about this cable. 6 days ago I received information that the cable left the warehouse and is on its way to my chosen store, so today I decided to go to it and ask what is going on with this cable that it is not there yet. Of course, the service lady shrugged her shoulders and could only say that the cable was missing instead of checking it. She informed me to come later. I asked my partner to call the hotline because I could not get through, of course the very nice lady gave information that my cable is in the store where I ordered it, I am asking you, you have to scare you so that something is in your warehouse and in addition you have to drive 2 times a day to your store and ask questions, because there is no information from you that the cable has reached your warehouse and is thrown somewhere in the corner. Fuel costs too and no one will reimburse me for it, of course, the cable was found after this Lady's great hardships.

What is happening in this store is a joke. I wanted to buy a dishwasher, but it turns out that the man who manages this stand still serves the entire store. Congratulations because one man works for the entire store. Why keep all the rest. When asked to the lady at the counter if someone else could serve us, she said that there are no people. At a time when shopping malls are closed and they have no people. But I can't handle it, luckily, these aren't just some shops. I want to point out that I tried to buy it for two days.

As for Media Expert in Zgierz, I have mixed feelings. The assortment is really big and at nice prices. However, the store loses a lot due to the service. Basically, I have been there a few times and it was always chaotic. The organization of work is definitely limping. I asked the FIRST time for a simulation, if I would be able to take the equipment in installments, after which I received information that I could be accused of extortion for doing such simulations (?). Fortunately, the next day there was the only competent person in Media Expert that I met - a tall brown haired girl. I have the impression that only this lady works there for no punishment and is a very helpful person, not only in credit matters. Unfortunately, in Media Expert I try not to buy anymore.

On August 27 (around 7 p.m.) I visited a shop in Zgierz. I wanted to make a complaint. On the door, I noticed a huge message that you should cover your mouth and nose before entering. It is obvious . There is a pandemic and a real threat. The lady accepting my application had the required mask, but it was pulled over her chin. She did not keep her distance. Distance not separated by plexiglass. I don't quite understand why customers are required to keep their mouth and nose secure and staff do what they want? At my remark regarding this omission, she screamed that her mask was too small. And here the "stairs" began ..... The lady began to question the validity of my complaint. She refused to accept her. She tried with all her strength to prove to me that I had misused the product. She screamed again when I suggested that the verification is done by a service employee. Entitled to do so. It is the shop's responsibility to accept the complaint. The shop is an intermediary between the producer and the buyer ... After 15 minutes of analysis, the complaint was accepted. The fundamental question arises ... IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY?
