The matrix in the 3-year-old Samsung TV fell unexpectedly. I found the Sonex company on the "usuek.pl" portal. I reported a fault and the phone rang in about 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, the service technician showed up at home. The first diagnosis - the matrix has died and the chances of saving it are small, about 5%. Nevertheless, he took the risk and took the TV. After 5 hours, I was informed that the matrix had been repaired. To sum up, a cultural and communicative service run by people with extensive knowledge and experience. Acceptable prices, short repair time, and free travel to the customer. I would highly recommend.

My dad fixed a large CRT TV here and the equipment works without problems today, and he was about to go to the trash. Personally, relying on their many years of experience and great feedback, I came to SONEX with a defective Mastercook fridge-freezer control system, for which spare parts are no longer available. In a few minutes you checked and replaced the capacitors, which were the probable source of the problem. The fridge works as it should. Without pulling money, quickly, professionally and with an honest and very polite approach to the client. With a pure heart, I recommend SONEX as reliable and reliable when repairing electronics, as it turns out not only RTV.
