Usually, electronics stores are always full of salespeople who want to help. I hardly saw them. There was a security guard and the ladies at the checkout. There was no one to provide me with the information I needed. Products that I checked on the price reader, in most cases "error ..." appeared. I haven't bought anything there and I don't plan on going back.

In a given situation regarding the Purchase of a TV set and the receipt of information or assistance, it was Ok. Minor minus for the cashier when counting the money it looked a bit like he had too many banknotes and a problem with the count. But maybe he had a worse day.

I sit 6 hours in a renovated apartment and 6 hours waiting for transport (from 10 am to 10 pm). Previously, there were professionals. I have not received delivery info, neither SMS nor e-mail. I called the hotline twice. I waited 30 minutes and the battery ran out. Then I waited 40 minutes and the department told me that Szparagów was supposed to call me. It was already a few minutes past 19 and they work until 20. Now it's after 21 and I don't know what to do next? Total lack of professionalism and ignoring the client. I do not recommend.

Probably the smallest store I have visited in the MediaMarkt network, which absolutely does not affect the availability of the offered articles. Professional and helpful service from men, while the lady at the checkout does not know much if there is, and if so, she does not know where, etc. Discourages at the start at the entrance to the store ...
