Note, long text - but it's worth it! Let me share with people who are thinking about choosing the services of this company. Well, I do not know how in other parts of Poland, but in Lodz and specifically in Zgierz, the service is below any acceptable level. If the seller wants to accept petitioners and not clients, let them employ ZUS. To the point. We came to the office in Zgierz with the intention of buying a table top from Corian. When we entered the office, there was no customer, we were alone. The Lord invited us to the warehouse, where he pulled out the template and told us to look around. In the meantime, my husband had many questions that he wanted to ask with confidence that a "specialist" would answer them and advise us. DURING the conversation there was another man who apparently could not wait to settle some matter, so Mr. salesman went to settle "matters" with this man. We waited 15 minutes, in the meantime the husband returned to the office several times, ask the adviser to come to us because we want to talk about the countertop, the Lord was busy talking with the man. After another 15 minutes, the Husband entered the office again, but it turned out that the "seller" is already serving another client. The laughter of this lady was endless, while my husband and I stood like morons in this magazine. After the next few minutes the Lord continued to shiver with that lady, we decided that we would leave, we would not return again, expecting any reaction, or the usual sorry I had an important thing to do. The salesman, seeing our disgust, did not even pay attention to us. And he continued the joyful conversation. I would advise you to work on PR, because with such a policy and a crisis shield will not help. Rudeness and disregard for the client was fashionable in the PRL. We would not recommend your company any further. We also advise against readers. The choice may be nice, but the service is ridiculously terrible. I do not recommend this place. There are even and more equal clients for this company. These peers deserve the respect and interest of the seller, the others are to wait for the Lord to kindly serve you.

The most important things - good prices and assortment. Getting a bit like this, because some holes on the road. Service is fine, and the warehouse staff are kind. I know where I will be looking for furniture accessories next time :)
