Always queues !!! YES, It's true, but in the gallery there are hundreds of people every day, often treating the ladies from the post office as an opportunity to complain, pour out all regrets, etc ... And the postal worker can only smile and always "face" the client. I wonder how many shouting that the queue, that the service was overwhelming, would still be so brave if you stood on the other side of the counter ...

Worse than this was not the case in my life. I waited a week for the order, I received a text message, and the package is gone. Someone made a mistake and the donuts were not on the cart, he drove back. I have been waiting for the 3rd day, it has not arrived and blah blah. Absolute irresponsibility!

The worst post office, two counters and queues stretching at all times through half a gallery. The ladies work like flies in the tar constantly disappearing in the back for 5 minutes. I am surprised it still works ...

Eternal queues. Ladies move like flies in pitch. However, this is not their fault, because they are simply untrained by the warden. Simple things - yes. But with the more complex ones (such as a custom or valuable package) there is already a small problem. Although the ladies try to be nice and it saves them. This is a branch of the office on Bazylińska St. where there is an even bigger chanterelle pepper so 2 stars for encouragement :)

The lady with fair hair sitting on the right really overwhelmed :) At the time when I had a problem with the parcel that was already sent - it helped to call another post office and solved the situation (even though it was almost before 8 pm and she was certainly tired after the whole day of work ...) and it happened a second time! (I often send parcels). I would add that it was not possible to resolve the situation at another facility. When there is a very large queue - I think instead of a new employee who is always sitting on the left;) it would be good to look for an equally overwhelmed person like a lady with pale hair because she serves 3/4 clients and of course should earn more money.
