The beetroot at the entrance clings to the customers. It was my sister and me because we got in an hour before closing time. The service lady reminds everyone of the masks, while a friend of the owner and a warehouse worker walked around the store without masks. Totally unpleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend!
There is a very friendly service there are many types of food for dogs and cats, a large selection of bedding and toys
It's a kind of paranoia - customers are not allowed into the self-service room because covid, the grumpy type at the entrance, growls and refuses to sell products, even by sending them to another store.
I called to find out if they have dog crates. The Lord ostentatiously informed me that he would not give me the sizes, and even less the prices. I have to personally go through half of Łódź and get my bearings. When I asked for who I had the pleasure to talk to, I heard that the owner. I experienced a shock .., I definitely do not recommend !!!!!
A large assortment, friendly and professional service. Plus for a large variety of dog food.
