Staff nice .. But there will always be some whining people who do not suit something ..
Ladies at the post office are quite nice but the postman notoriously leaves a delivery note for parcels despite being in the apartment. The tracking status is "delivered".
A tragedy! Older employees of this institution stayed in the communist times, while younger ones learn to be impatient and rude. Bottom line, and the pandemic gave them even more opportunities to rule. For example, I will not sell an envelope for PLN 0.20 because it is 3 minutes before 12 o'clock, or to identify people who are suspected of not being 60+.
Plow this facility !! One window always open and endless queues ... PLOW !!
