To a simple question "when" they take water in their mouths and flash with an answer. I've been fighting a cracked wall on the balcony for a good few years. I have sent countless e-mails to Mr. K. and Mr. P. None received an answer. I also reported the flooding of the apartment by the swimming pool upstairs (yes, swimming pool !!!) - also silence. It is colder through the cracked wall in the room and a fungus has entered the wall. I don't know what else must happen for the administration to react. Yesterday, to make matters worse, they turned off the heating (I suppose that at the request of the administration, because an overpayment is made on all bills). Yes, in the middle of March. I have a newborn at home, there was no advertisement before, no information. From day to day . At night the temperature is really low, and just from that side we have bedrooms (and, I recall, a cracked wall). If anyone is still considering cooperation - I advise against. Run as far as possible

The company stands out positively from the competition, employees are very involved in the needs of residents (especially Mr. Piotr). The only drawback is the unused potential of the e-file as an additional communication channel - everything is done by e-mail / telephone which is not effective and not very scalable when servicing many properties.

The problem of illegally setting the lighting on one of the managed estates was settled almost a month and only after the intervention of the City Guard, the State graciously made order. I feel sorry for communities that employ such people ...
