The village of Garbicz is a town with recreational values located on the Lubusz Land between the lakes Kręcko and Garbicz. It belongs to the Torzym commune in the Sulęciński poviat. In addition to the neo-gothic church, it has another historic building, and it is a classical palace built in the second half of the 18th century. A little later, an orangery was added to it from the eastern side and a landscape park was established. In the nineteenth century, the palace grew by a two-storey outbuilding from the west side. After the last war, the palace used by the PGR was largely devastated, but the new owner transformed the neglected palace into a nice hotel and conference facility with the proud name of Magnat Palace.

I am very sorry that this place is now abandoned, neglected, closed. Looking at the pictures from the cousin's wedding - there is a memory of the wedding palace with a beautiful room and interiors. Currently - closed decaying object between the lakes in the ugly pogrowa village near the A2 route. Purpose of the visit- you may not be able to have some picnic nudes and a desire to drink coffee in a cool place. The Widok flag view gives the place a rating.

Old, suitable for renovation, despite this clean and tidy. Service very nice, food - home-made, it tasted good.

Beautifully described on the website, beautiful pictures and on the spot I found a neglected manor house, the greenery asks for a notch and bring to a dignified visual state which should be around the palace.
