Good work for beginner electricians with no experience. You can learn a lot there. But you need to have a lot of power and pace so that the job is not for slackers. The disadvantages are 10 hours of work and pay for 8, explaining that commuting to the construction site is not work. The company is also located on a large estate near Zielona Góra, so access to the company is poor. There is also one old stupid foreman who likes to train young people through him and doesn't work there anymore. Generally, I do not recommend working for experienced senior electricians.
