I wanted to buy a cooler but something was wrong and it turned into a heater. Sometimes useful, but not for me. Very professional telephone service. Nice lady, you just told them, you will send it back. It does not look like a Polish product.

I have been trying to order a spare part for the guillotine for 3 months. First, I waited for it to be retrieved from some warehouse there, and then I asked to send it to me. Unfortunately, until today I have not received the package. My phone calls and emails remain unanswered. Each time I hear that the matter will be transferred to a colleague / colleague from the department. And what? THREAD! I have not been able to use the guillotine for 3 months. COMPLETE NO PROFESSIONALISM!

Express delivery, product quality great, but I can fault the quality of the product delivered. The plastic box for the repair kit was broken.
