Jakość obsługi klienta tragedia, czas realizacji to dno a termin zwrotu pieniędzy za rezygnację z zamówienia to już muł i wodorosty. 2 razy zamówiłem i nawet raz nie obeszło się bez problemów. Po rezygnacji z zakupionego towaru jeszcze przed jego wysyłką z magazynu za pierwszym razem czekałem bite 2 tygodnie na zwrot środków a za drugim razem (czyli obecnie) czekam na zwrot od 04.01 i dopiero wczoraj dostałem wiadomość że przyjęli moją rezygnację a zwrot środków nastąpi w terminie od 3 do 5 dni roboczych. Nigdy więcej nic od nich nie kupię a konkurencyjnej firmie na Z...... i Z...... Lounge to nawet nie zasługują żeby buty czyścić. 😂
I can see that a lot of the store has negative opinions. In December and January, I ordered goods from Modivo 4 times and the shipment always arrived quickly. The store kept informed about the shipment status. Once I had to return the goods due to the wrong size. I have no objections here either. I was informed at every step where the goods were returned. The money was in the account a little later than 3-5 days but it was a holiday season.
I was surprised by the negative opinions as well, because I was ordering in the winter that year and it was all for tiptop. This time, unfortunately, a total failure, the first order God knows where it has gone - they also do not know - Czech film, so I have left the second one on the reserve of patience and wait and wait and the status does not change ... Drama ... Nothing else there I will order ...
