Purchase of travel insurance for holidays - bottom. I asked for a more expensive option due to carrying an expensive laptop in my luggage and I was afraid of damage. I asked the lady from the service if there are any special exclusions (so that I would not have to sit there and read dozens of pages), I did not receive any specific information so I paid thinking that it covers everything, my mistake .. After payment I heard from the second lady with a sneering smile that it is insurance does not work if you are under the influence of alcohol. She knew we were going on vacation, she stayed with it until the policy was paid. For me it was not a problem but many people in my place would be very surprised - the employee's approach shameful. The luggage was damaged during the trip, I learned at the Hestia hotline that my insurance does not cover damage but only theft and loss. I was fooled because I didn't read everything thoroughly. I thought that telling WIDEX employees that I would like additional luggage insurance because I am afraid of damage, I will receive such a policy. Nothing could be more wrong. To sum up, I strongly advise against buying insurance here. In addition, what I noticed - despite having an offer of many insurance companies, they do calculations only from one company and others have to be asked. As a customer I feel cheated. The sale was not reliable, I will never visit this place again.
