A tragedy as soon as it turned out that I had a referral from doctors from another city (in this case from Wrocław). Suddenly, the "doctor" said that the procedure would only hurt and they refused to do so, discharging me from the hospital right away! A year of waiting just to hear that they've made the decision to cancel the surgery.
