Jeden ze sprzedawców nie dość, że nie ma pojęcia o sprzęcie to jeszcze bardzo niemiło "obsłużył" mojego tatę i męża. Przez takie zachowanie sprzęt został zakupiony w innym sklepie. Niektórzy nie zdają sobie sprawę z tego, że obsługa klienta jest często ważniejsza niż asortyment w sklepie. Kolejny utracony klient.
