The service is a total bottom. It applies to the old lady with fair hair. You will lose customers with such support. I can see from the comments that not only I experienced it. I will never buy anything there again.

Very rude service, unfortunately you can't get less than one star and I'd love to give it. Drama. These ladies were wrong and they are probably sitting there as a punishment. Yesterday there was a situation when an elderly gentleman bought bread, then they laughed that he looked like a leprechaun, and the beauty itself does not sin, it is not for me to judge. That such a good bakery would lose customers due to service. Drama!!!! Service is the bottom !!!! Big bottom !!!

Very unpleasant service, ladies are reluctant to approach the customer, cookies are packed in an ordinary plastic bag.
