If you want to do something here, unfortunately you have to be patient and spend a longer time visiting here. Recently, there is one lady (admittedly very nice) for several people, but it is still not enough.

Hello I'll start from the very beginning. 11.02.2020 we agreed to meet through the bank's main hotline regarding the mortgage with one of the ladies on 14.02.2020 at 16.00. We showed up today for the appointment as it turned out the lady we were with was not ... no information for the customer (if the hotline actually arranged a meeting). There was one gentleman at the service who informed us from a friend today is not. We asked if in this case someone else could handle us in this matter because he himself did not propose any solution. The Lord was very rude and treated us like a couple of children who don't know what he is doing there. We wanted to ask about the creditworthiness and possible costs. Asking for additional products that were mandatory for this offer, the "specialist" could not answer ordinary questions. A few examples: we asked about the cost of the credit card first info that one transaction and the card is free then after our questions it turned out that PLN 15 for issue. We received the information from the card, we can then give up, but as we have asked, when, whether after signing the mortgage contract or in half a year or in 2 years, the answer was "I do not know" and then added "let's do it without a card and we will increase the margin by 1pp as you do not want this card and after the problem "instead of humanly answering the question. The additional cost is insurance against job loss total cost given on the card and zero information whether it is for a year or 2 years after which we learned that the insurance is for 4 years but we also do not need to take insurance we can again Podhale region dream of 1pp ... We could not bear longer attitude of this Lord to us and we gave up the meeting. I hope that the "specialist" who "served" us will meet with the manager and determine together what the customer service should look like ...
