Hello I'll start from the very beginning. 11.02.2020 we agreed to meet through the bank's main hotline regarding the mortgage with one of the ladies on 14.02.2020 at 16.00. We showed up today for the appointment as it turned out the lady we were with was not ... no information for the customer (if the hotline actually arranged a meeting). There was one gentleman at the service who informed us from a friend today is not. We asked if in this case someone else could handle us in this matter because he himself did not propose any solution. The Lord was very rude and treated us like a couple of children who don't know what he is doing there. We wanted to ask about the creditworthiness and possible costs. Asking for additional products that were mandatory for this offer, the "specialist" could not answer ordinary questions.
