Blonde spear from the branch with an ignorant approach to the client no words. He resigns from the services of this bank. The opinion shows that things are not going well in this unit, but probably no one reads these opinions anyway.

I have been going to this institution for years and I am satisfied with the service. Depending on the day, sometimes and a lot of waiting, but it is not the fault of the service, because there are always a minimum of two ladies at the windows. Lots of people instead of using an ATM / cash deposit machine next door pays / withdraws money at the window and it always takes longer because you have to print and sign the documents! As I mentioned, I have been going there for years and I've seen such miracles and wonders there that a normal person would not believe what some people think at the window. And ALWAYS patiently explain what the client asks them. It has never happened to me that any of the ladies would not explain something to me. And I only have an account and all products at this bank, I have already asked many things. Maybe sometimes and long, but always without problems. I would recommend!
