Unlikely moneylenders using a very aggressive tactic to extract high interest rates from all loans. I am not sure if such tactics are used even by stork lenders. I rented a car in England, and had to pay £ 1118.75 for insurance reasons. It is not enough that this bank has one of the most unfavorable exchange rates compared to any banks, it charges a cosmic interest rate for the currency conversion itself, which until 07/14/2020 was 5.8% of the value, and from the amount of £ 1118.75 I had to pay PLN 325.24 and from 07/15/2020 it increased to 6.8%. To verify all the information I provide here, I enclose photos of my bank statement and information about the interest rate from the bank.

I have not encountered such incompetent service yet. Both on the side of the ward and the hotline, depending on the person you talk to, you receive different information completely contradictory. The bank prides itself on issuing a credit card immediately after which it took 3 days (3 visits to the branch) and several hours of waiting with constant assurances that the matter will be finished tomorrow or in a moment, 3 people in the branch, of which only one accepts any clients.

Shame - currently one branch for the whole 3-city. If you want to create an account, you will find out that you won't do it this weekend, you must arrive on a weekday to 15. One employee serving many clients. Tragedy
