I got good loan terms, I can recommend this product plus several branches in Gdynia, so no problem getting to the bank :-) I give 4/5 because there are often queues, I happened to wait over 30 minutes

I closed my account at this bank because of customer service in this location. What time would I not appear there, wasting a lot of time standing in a queue to finally hear that you are not competent to settle the matter (change phone number to sms codes) or other times 4 (!) Ladies confer one thing ... holding for 10 min. customer service. Whatever the terms of the account, I consider my time more valuable. Too bad nerves ...
