Like the previous reviewer, I am very annoyed by the inconvenience of calling clients (of course young people) and pulling personal data to open an account after informing that you do not want to change or create a new account at the bank. One star is even too much to assess the employees of this stand ...

In which bank will I definitely NOT open an additional account? ING. Why? Through aggressive marketing, which, upon entry, builds my confidence in the bank. The gentleman from the island of ING accosted me and began to encourage me to listen to his offer - at first I refused, but because he insisted, and I was actually supposed to wait for someone anyway, I decided that it was actually harmful to me - what would really interest me, maybe it's worth listening to . Finally, the above-mentioned gentleman (after approx. 10 minutes of translating the offer to me, which we can also find in the leaflet) and my repeated refusal to open an account now, started with veeery veiled sentences to encourage me to give him my details (sentences like "we will only check ... "," we will write it in a minute, what's your name? ") - and when I asked directly if I should provide this data for opening an account, and he, leaning against the wall, admitted that yes, I simply said - once again - that NO I WANT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT NOW, I got up and walked away or he wouldn't have let me alone. Really, the gentleman from ING encouraged me about 5 times to open an account, and when I refused, he simply tried to cleverly extract my data, under the guise of "checking something", to force me to open this account. From now on, I avoid a wide berth, it is not worth stopping even for what you intended, i.e. only to get acquainted with the offer. I have never been so discouraged by any other bank representative. "People are what counts" - I don't think so, rather "the sales target matters".
