The first time I met in a mBank branch was such a lack of professionalism. I can't make a call there. I got a fax number so sent a message to it. Unfortunately no answer. On-site service rude and abusive. I felt like an intruder there. The person directing me to the person responsible for my case was completely unaware, did not know what a limited liability company is and where to send me, even though it was a simple matter of adding a person to the account. I was not informed about the system crash and I wasted 15 minutes verifying all the data, even though I didn't do anything anyway. Overall, I had the impression that the employees of this facility had not participated in training in corporate customer service. I was served better than in this large outlet at the mBank kiosk in the mall in the shopping center.

If anyone is thinking about a mortgage, I strongly advise against it. The service and level of commitment to the customer's problem is below criticism. Urgent matters lie untouched for a few days. He feels totally deluded by promises that the transfer will come out. I go to the facility practically every day and I'm in a fix. Defeat!

This branch is a mockery. The lady said that she would not open my account because she had a few hours left to finish the work and she had 3 contracts to cover. I can't believe that the bank tolerates something like this - I opened the account with the competition ...
