Massacre, total spychology. I have not been able to take care of simple formalities for several months. In this bank, time has stopped when it comes to customer service in the previous era. I do not recommend anyone.

Why are younger people served at this bank between 10am and 12pm even though it is against the law?

I am sitting in the customer service room and waiting in line. During this time, several bank employees are doing their business at their desks. Only one person serves customers. Hooray is opening a second position! Maybe the processing time will be shortened to less than an hour.

Calling this facility is almost a miracle, the phones probably stand there for the decoration only ..... really TRAGEDIA .... if this is to work, I would advise you to eliminate the phones completely so as not to upset customers who try to call their bank for hours ..
