Hello, I do not recommend !!! Today at 10.45 I entered room 3 for corporate customer service. I was greeted in the distance by a new manager who boasted that today is the first day at work. I congratulated and then sat down on a chair in front of the empty place because there was a lack of someone from the service. Your new manager took care of her affairs. I literally had a moment for the next important meeting. After waiting almost 30 minutes and doing so. between many phone calls. I asked Mrs. Manager if anyone would finally serve me. To which I heard a reply that the employees are in a meeting with the Director and it may still take, she does not know how much. My hands fell down after half an hour of waiting, she could inform me at the outset - I do not recommend a second branch of PKO. Earlier there was a sympathetic gentleman there and it was his person who decided that most of my companies have an account at PKO. With the departure of the previous manager in this branch, the level simply fell. Coming out nervously, I was passing through the customer service room and I was witnessing how the lady from the service position raised her voice to an elderly gentleman who approached her and did not hit his number with an invitation. She screamed at him. I felt really sorry for this man, for a moment I thought that maybe it is not so bad because they and they could scream me. I felt that in the 2nd branch in Gdynia at PKO there was still a climate of communism. It would be better to hear an echo but that is not said. The worst branch in Gdynia. I've been calling for several days. Nobody is answering. They do not provide all information on the hotline. Pandemic opportunity to ignore the client. It is important that the customer does not ignore the bank.

Very unpleasant service from the mortgage banking lady. Work for punishment? You may need to change jobs ... or Lady. Tone and client attitude below criticism. She told wait 20 minutes behind the door - a lady busy with photocopying - probably something very urgent, but later although the word sorry would fall out. At the end I found out that you won't do the trick because incompetent people are working on the helpline and they have misdirected us.

Professional service, nice atmosphere. Fast and to the point. Thank you very much for help with credit formalities :)
