The facility is perfectly located (around the corner from the Main Railway Station and SKM Railway Station). I will not comment on the service inside the branch, because I had no pleasure. I have my favorite branch in Sopot, and I show up very rarely there ... However, ATMs / CDMs ask to be replaced with newer generation machines (especially external ones, which could be tactile and operate in such a way as not to cause heart palpitations and money get stuck in its depths). In order not to be annoying, I will add that I have been a client of ING Bank Śląski since 1998.

Hello everyone, of course it is difficult for us Ukrainians to understand Polish laws and regulations, I decided to make myself a card, in Gdansk they rendered me a service, but all through one place, we did not explain anything, we hardly understood each other. As a result, I blocked the card because I could not figure out how to enter it into the applications. The bad news is that the confirmation comes to the phone, but I have starter packages for two weeks, here's a joke, that is, the card must be alive while you use the card. So I also had to change the number. The girls in the department helped not get nervous, we understood each other, I took their time for about 30 minutes, we did everything without nerves, I'm happy, thanks!

Nice and professional service. Some of the other branches in other cities, for example from Szczecin at the port gate, should follow your example.
