Failure and disappointment. After a long-chosen salon, I decided to go to Atelier Brzozowski in Karwiny. I was served by Mrs. Dorota, who, seeing me for the first time, immediately proposed a joico treatment for coloring, I will add that I am the owner of curly hair. on the face, wet hair without styling suitable for curls, I paid dearly for all of this and the lady at a promotional price gave me the necessary cosmetics. I would like to add that after joico treatment I do not see the result .... Well, only a well-chosen color, but one star. At this price and reputation, I expected something more.

CONTINUOUS SUGGESTING THAT I DO NOT HARM MY HAIR FOR THIS COLORING ... great approach. If I knew how the coloring in this salon would end, it would be a pity and I would take my legs under the belt ... 1. A frivolous approach to the client - I had an appointment for a strong coloring, earlier I showed up in person so that the hairdresser could see the hair live and confirm if it is possible - she assured us that we would do it. On the day of the colorization, it turned out that the lady who was supposed to do it got completely wrong information about my expectations, refused to do my dream coloring (it seems impossible and it was possible to do it twice in other offices ...) and persuaded me to do another - color much easier to make. I wish I had quit right away ... 2. The RED-pink color of my hair made me cry. More than once. 500 PLN for such a humiliation is a bit of a lot ... Maybe the amount was to suggest that the coloring went as planned? 3. I have the impression of a typical grandmother's salon, out of the corner of my eye I noticed that the elderly ladies were delighted :) Two stars instead of one - at least the hair didn't come off - and it could!

For a year, Atelier Brzozowski has been taking care of my hair. After 10 years of various attempts, I finally found my hairdresser 😍. I am soooo happy every time

I highly recommend Mrs. Monika. Today I was at the coloring and undercutting and what Monika did on my head was a totally crazy world championship🙂🙂 Mega recommend !!!!!
