Very poor customer service. The goods on the shelves are not entered into the system and the seller does not want to sell them. No people at the checkout and a long search for staff!

Good morning, On the hotline, I checked that the microwave oven, catalog number 1082345, is available in a store in Gdynia. Efficient, not outlet - I asked about it clearly. I drove from Gdańsk. On the spot, it turned out to be, but ... damaged. Since I saw on the website that it is also available in Tczew, the saleswoman from Gdynia calls Tczew and ... it turned out that the website has a mistake, because they do not have it in stock at all. Thank you for the high quality of service.
