Goods do not fit, problem with refund for a month. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend the Seller and even advise against buying anything there. Poor quality goods are sold and the manner of dealing with complaints is scandalous. Here is a case study: On May 29, 2020 I bought a 7W Platinet PDLU2BR LED desk lamp with a clock from this company with the amount of 125.80 with shipping. As the clock in this lamp was about 10 minutes late per month, I made a complaint under the Seller's warranty, demanding that the goods be replaced with a defect-free one. The same, however, ignored my request and sent the lamp to the service, which failed to repair. So I was informed that "Due to the temporary lack of spare parts / the need for additional expertise at the manufacturer, the complaint will be extended. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We will provide additional information as soon as possible. " So it turns out that if SELTRADE does not want to replace the product with a working one, it orders it to be kept in a service station, which does nothing with it. Then he orders the producer's expert opinions to delay the case. I can only guess that the next step will be to set up an international commission with eminent experts who will find that the clock is running late. Recently, I have been informed that the complaint has been accepted and they are waiting for the shipment from the manufacturer - of course without any deadline. I submitted a declaration of withdrawal from the contract - silence. I wish all customers of this company a successful shopping experience.

I was met with exactly the same battery situation as the one described below. Now I know that this situation is standard store play, I will never buy anything from them, and I am waiting for a battery replacement.

I do not recommend the company, they do auctions on the Allegro, creating offers to buy things that "do not seem to have in stock", but have several accounts on which the same auction exists, which has a different price with a reasonable few pennies to get at least different. " I bought a 6600 battery, I got a 4400 battery. For this reason, they are out of stock (supposedly), but I was counted as for a more expensive 6600 battery, but I would like to point out that the other auctions still have an offer for sale (non-owned) 6600 battery. At the time of sale, my auction was changed to a quick description for 4400 and the first answer was the thought that I bought 4400, but I had photos on this topic and the seller suddenly changed the perception and was willing to return the difference between 6600 and 4400. Proposal? Willing to earn on people who will no longer want to penetrate and waste their time on clarified matters ??? I advise you to earn fair money in the future.
