Service totally incompetent! A huge problem with the complaint! First, it lasted 4 times longer than they declared. Secondly, it was the repair of a chain clasp - it seems to me that it is the simplest and most basic action when complaining about jewelry. For two months I went to a point in the riviera to find out at what stage the repair is. Each time they declared that I would get a message if the pendant was ready. Unfortunately, only when I asked for a refund, they decided to move the case forward. At this moment, it suddenly turned out that the parts were missing. I just picked up a celebrity, it looks worse than before repair. I would do better myself.
