My first visit to this point in the Apart jewelry chain and probably the last. Unpleasant, unprofessional service. The question about presenting jewelry met with an answer comparing me to a thief who is about to take the goods and escape - this can of course be conveyed in a different way, while maintaining the culture and fashion should be standard in such an exclusive salon. I do not recommend, I am disappointed, the staff behaves as if instead of work they would be serving a sentence there. Please remember that the customer can always buy the product elsewhere and for the future I recommend greater attention to customer satisfaction

During the exchange of the ring for a different size one of the ladies - the saleswoman could not choose the right size for my girlfriend (it lasted a good 45 minutes). In addition, when writing the receipt of the goods for deposit, she was mistaken in entering the amount of the ring. I have been waiting for the ring change for over 3 weeks (like the exchange can take up to 30 days), but no information on the progress of the work. One star at a time.
