I would like to express our appreciation to the person of Ms Alina working in the YES salon in Gdynia, the Riviera center. A few days ago we bought a ring for our daughter's 18th birthday. We visited all the showrooms in the Tri-City, also at the competition, and we were most delighted with the service provided by Alina. Ms. Alina is MEGA professional in what she does, she is very contact, open to the client, listens and advises. It attracts with its commitment. After a few days of searching, we returned to this salon to buy a beautiful ring with sapphire and diamonds. In addition, P. Alinka pulled us the right size so that on our birthday the ring was on our 18's finger! The owners of the salon should know what their treasure is and be sure to appreciate it !!! Ms. Alinka, thank you once again, the next purchase will also be with you (and I am not hiding that something caught my mother's eye;)

On October 8, 2020, I came with my fiancée to the YES salon in the Riviera gallery to choose wedding rings. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with a broad smile by Ms Alina and invited to the table where all the models were presented to us. Mrs. Alina was very nice and, after listening to our expectations, presented the perfect options. We were thrilled with the advice and tips that are invaluable! We opted for YES, after visiting other salons where service was a few classes lower than here. Once again, thank you Alina and we sincerely recommend the salon in Gdynia. Robert and Marta.

The bracelet I bought in the store broke down after a week (and I wore it for 3 days). The complaint was accepted in a very unpleasant atmosphere. At the beginning, 20 minutes of waiting for the lady to arrange her jewelry on a tray (in an empty shop). A client who wants anything other than spending money quickly is a necessary evil. Note - when buying, people are promised golden mountains. If anything goes wrong later on, you are a commoner customer who doesn't know why it comes when a moron doesn't know how to use jewelry. Scandalous service .... Beata treated me in an aggressive manner that exceeded the limits of rudeness ... I didn't ask for any help, I just wanted to see the chains. ... I wanted to leave a lot of money there, but I wanted everything .... aggression is not only a matter of culture, but also of coexistence in society. . Please, work on yourself, Mrs. salesman ...
