I do not recommend this store. I was buying a gift for my partner and it seems to me that I was served very badly. I bought jewelry - like a guy, I knew what the person for whom I was buying jewelry liked, but I was not aware that there are different sizes. Of course, it happened to me after the purchase. It turned out that the company policy does not provide for returns - only exchange. It's nice that someone informed me about this when buying ... The approach of the saleswomen was - "you bought a loser - there are no returns, you can't exchange it for something else, because of course it is not so big, rock it because it's not our problem" I ended up driving up to Klif and there I was able to find something and get the help of a saleswoman for which I am very grateful

I confirm the opinions below. The serving lady is an elderly person who was so reluctant to answer our questions. I do not recommend, do not be nervous when buying a gift to a loved one. ;)

Being today, the lady was not interested in the service at all, although I came to buy a particular ring. I was also misled because I was sent back to the Shopping Center where there is no Kruk store. Lack of even the desire to help perceptible from afar. I do not recommend
