I am sorry to say that I am disappointed with the store's service. I was thinking about buying jewelry, I finally bought it and during the payment the saleswoman informed me about the possibility of return or exchange. And today in the store I received information that there is no return option. Please set one version and don't mislead customers. I absolutely do not recommend this service, I regret that I decided to buy this store and I will not make any more purchases there.

As for customer service, I have no complaints. Before Christmas exactly on December 16, a silver ring with zircons was bought after 1.5 weeks, the rhinestones fell off, I went to ask if you could do something about it. She suggested that you can give it to "repair" or choose another ring, I chose the second option after not all 24h dropped off in a new ring rhinestones. It is a pity words on the dispatcher of this jewelry because he really farted the opinions of "Apart" in the Riviera. Support for 6+ while jewelry is only suitable for play with dolls. I will never again buy anything from Apart company a complete bottom. !!!!!!!!

Two days after the engagement, I wanted to exchange the ring for a smaller one. From the unpleasant saleswoman I heard that he has huge traces of use and should have a tag attached (who proposes with the tag on the ring?) I was sent rudely out the door. After explaining that we were misled when measuring the ring, she said that it was not her problem. I was treated as a person not worth attention and westerner. With a surly smile, I was informed that it could not be reduced. In another salon I heard that I can easily exchange a ring for a smaller one, but I will actually have to pay extra PLN 30 for polishing the ring :) I do not recommend service. Saleswoman only pay attention to high-class customers, they have ordinary people deeply.
