I bought many products at a C.H. Riviera, I value quality highly. Przesympatyczna service! The only downside is the lack of time for the customer clerk. The serving lady cannot take care of the client and his order individually when more people are waiting in the queue. I think that with such a move, one person on the island is not enough.

I bought a bracelet with a pendant, after 4 days of use the pendant fell off. Before falling off, I noticed a light slit at the small circle on which this pendant was. The complaint was of course considered negative, and in the appeal against the complaint they wrote that "we are not responsible for the lost product". I bought a necklace there, and on the same day my eyes stopped. I came with a complaint, unfortunately it was not taken into account. Why? The answer was that they are not responsible for the quality of the product, so I am curious who is responsible for it.
