Ordinary scammers agree on the spot that the jewelry is made of silver and when you first visit a goldsmith, it turns out that it is ordinary painted metal.

Company policy at the highest level. I like coming there even when I don't buy anything. Employees smiling and well prepared. This is so in all the stores I have been to so I am pleasantly surprised and I will definitely come back. 👍

I do not recommend shopping at Swarovski. In mid-May I complained about the watch with the broken hand and it has not been repaired to this day. Unfortunately, complaints with this company are a joke from the customer and can last for a long time. Nowadays, a self-respecting manufacturer and seller should care more about the customer.
