The jewelry is not worth the price, although it is beautiful at the beginning, wears off quickly and deteriorates, my opinion is about the jewelry itself, not a specific store. Waste of money. Warranty for half a year, because after that time it starts to break ...

Unfortunately, the bracelet, which was a GIFT after a week of wearing broke - the pendant dropped from the whole. It was apparently badly attached because the beads and elastic are intact. On the phone I only heard that the pendant had no right to fall off (but well, it fell off and broke the laws of physics existing in lilou) and I can "make a complaint, but it will be rejected." Of course, this also happened and I am furious, and at the same time sad, that the gift I received from the bracelet for 150 zlotys simply became beads on an elastic band for 5 zlotys, and it was not my fault. Apparently this jewelry is made to look nice in a gift box. For this completely unprofessional saleswoman, one almost screamed at me on the phone, the other was giddy and every now and then she flew to ask the manager what to do when I arrived at the place wanting to make a complaint. Never again, a waste of money and nerves.
