A rich collection of books for everyone and a very nice atmosphere

The library has a large collection of books, usually there are items unavailable in other Gdynia branches. Ladies librarian nice, helpful, generally flawless. The location in the very center of the city. The only thing I miss here is a real reading room (this role is played by a small vestibule with one table)

The malicious lady in the library doesn't deserve even one star. If I could, I would give her an even lower rating because the scale is far too limited for such a lack of competence.

Generally Ok, but one service lady spoils everything! You can not borrow anything without a library card - even though you are registered and have an ID card. I think it's an exaggeration and just the bad will of this unpleasant lady!
