Tczew. The parking lot is completely covered with snow. I left the car for the night and in the morning it was not possible to leave, so without buying a ticket I left the car for the next day and I got a fine !!! Because I couldn't leave by car. It has been snowing for 4 days and no one is clearing snow but they charge SCANDAL. I have already called the city guard because by calling the manager he pretends that he is not the only moron !!!!
Władysławowo. At the beginning of July, I got a ticket in the parking lot next to Biedronka. The fine is wrapped on the doormat, there is no foil and it was almost completely destroyed as a result of the rain. Only a tiny part of the paper made me realize that I had gotten this ticket. The phone from the parking lot is not working. No contact with the hotline. The given seat does not exist at 22 Portowa Street and I have not paid the fine so far. I do not recommend it, it is better to change this person than issuing a ticket.
You can see that what the Weip company does is a great business idea only to envy. But is it a good idea to issue a fine of PLN 95 for an invalid ticket that was extended a moment after the doctor left the office near the health center, for which I have evidence in the form of the test results obtained at that time? I don't think so. I called the hotline because I tried to appeal against this ticket, having a ticket bought after parking and a moment after leaving the clinic after receiving the ticket, but well, from the Lord who answers the phone, I only learned that you can appeal, among others, on the Weip website, so I wanted but best of all, the server is down for the second day, making it impossible to appeal. In my opinion, companies such as Weip, among others, should approach a driver who, through no fault of his own, cannot extend the parking at a given moment, and differently to a driver who does not have a ticket at all. I know that it will be best to pay the fine because nothing can change it. I'm just waiting for my negative opinion on the company's operation. And regarding the application that can be paid, etc. Yes, there are other ways to prevent such a situation, but you have to take into account attention is that not everyone knows about something like that, and secondly, not everyone has the opportunity to use this type of application, I am talking about elderly people.
Łeba, Nadmorska street (dead end street), parking on the street, at the entrance to the parking lot a sign that you must pay at the parking meter, otherwise a fine of PLN 95, supposedly everything is ok but ... The nearest parking meter (where I paid) is on the other side of the street, unfortunately it turns out that this is not the parking meter. Their parking meter was at the very end of a cul-de-sac, hidden behind a road that only tourists on their way to the beach reach.
Placing a parking meter in such a place is a deliberate act of the company to issue as many "tickets" as possible. The marking of the parking lot does not indicate that these parking spaces need to be paid for in this particular parking meter, which is deliberately misleading the driver.
The gentleman on the helpline clearly knew that such situations took place, the level of conversation and the attitude towards me on the phone was negative to say the least.
The case will go to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection
Reply to comment:
1. I do not agree that they are visible because they are not. If they were, the parking would be properly paid.
2. The board with the regulations and the parking meter should be at the entrance, it is a visible place. Alternatively, at the beginning of the parking lot, put information on where the parking meter is, unless you want as many penalties of this type as possible. It is as if someone was driving the Autostrada and finally found out that they have to pay a fine for driving on it.
I use subscriptions, affordable prices, illuminated parking, I have access to cameras, and I'm satisfied at the moment
