The service in the form of "Mrs. Kierownik" and her friend leaves much to be desired. They obviously don't know the procedures. After 2 weeks of waiting for the complaint to be recognized (submitted 3 days from the purchase), it ended with the refusal to accept it, which as a customer I did not agree - the lady said that you should sign the shoe collection protocol and write the complaint yourself. She stated that she was wrongly advertising shoes, where they clearly pose a risk due to the fact that they slide on a wet surface. Behavior not very professional, even rude. I definitely do not recommend it.

Hello, I find outrageous somehow customer service in a shop in Gdynia Riviera. While receiving the complaint, the young, very unpleasant saleswoman, giving the impression that she does the cane while serving the customer, despite submitting the text to the company with information about a positive decision regarding complaint No. x was unable to find her in the system. She arrogantly announced that she could not see her and that I had to present the receipt again. The lady wanted to dismiss me with a pass and only after my strong opposition that I would not ride these and back to the store she called her manager, who after a few minutes entered the shop with a bicycle, breathless after a bike ride. After instructing the saleswoman, the complaint was suddenly found! The Lord did not hesitate to send me sharp remarks about the alleged absolute necessity of showing the receipt again. Both the saleswoman and the manager showed a highly unpleasant behavior - taunts and faces, misleading the customer. The service made the issue of money dependent on the presentation of a receipt, which was presented and written at the time of submitting the complaint. I have not received any apologies for trying to float and mislead me as a customer. Both tactless, derisive and unculturable people, trying to hide their incompetence with their prideful behavior. This was the last shopping in this store. Instead of engaging in team training, the store manager spends time at work on private bicycle rides. Scandal!

Very unpleasant service, the lady in the store sitting as if she was punished, I asked about the model of shoes without one element - the lady answered with grace that she is gone. After which, after a closer look at the assortment, I found such shoes! So either you really do not like serving customers or you do not know the assortment at all :) I did not buy shoes in this store, I prefer to earn competition.
