I bought footwear several times in Sizeer stores, each time after a few months they fell apart, cracked or unraveled (shoes for PLN 400-600). Complaints were accepted only once, others were rejected. That's why I don't recommend the Sizeer store, I decided not to buy shoes there anymore. Better to buy straight from the manufacturer, they would consider my complaints as certain. The store does not even try to be pro-consumer. At the last complaint, as with the previous ones, I got the answer that it is natural for the shoes to fall apart this way, although they were used only for one season. Store response on appeal. "The company maintains its position as of xx, xx, xx regarding the notification complaint number xx / xxxx / xx / x / x There are no grounds for accepting the complaint. The seller is not responsible for such damage. The customer may appeal to the Civil Court. The company's decision is final. " Not discussing with the client and sending him to court is rare these days. I have the impression that the shoes purchased from them are of lower quality, and the complaint is not considered individually, instead they use the answers from the template.

I do not recommend the Sizeer store, I bought Nike shoes for PLN 600 after 3 months, the sole from inside cracked. I filed a complaint and after 2 weeks I got a reply that the seller is not at fault. So I submitted a complaint again, which was also rejected, and I quote: "The company maintains its position of 2020-06-XX regarding the notification complaint number XX / 00 / x000 / 00/00. There are no grounds to accept the complaint. The seller is not responsible for such damage. The customer may appeal to the Civil Court. The company's decision is final. " In my opinion, the store sells some fakes, because I haven't met Nikes who break down after 3 months of walking in them ... I honestly do not recommend any purchases in this store.

I do not recommend Seezer store in Galeria Riviera in Gdynia - very unpleasant service. Ms. saleswoman, the short blonde disposes of all questions very unpleasant. As a result, I bought the shoes in the store next door, even at a higher price, but with service that did not treat me like an intruder. I would add that I was interested in footwear for over PLN 400, so I don't understand why I was treated as someone who asks about something weird. I have never encountered such customer service in any store. I'm embarrassed. I strongly advise against!
