I gave the car from the AC insurance, the damage was small (1 element scratched and 2 plastics broken). I've been waiting for the car for over a month. The damage was estimated at about PLN 18k (total loss). The scratched element was sloppily painted, the plastic element ... NOT CHANGED, in addition, when removing the element for painting, electric wires were cut, then twisted and taped with scotch to make it faster. After the complaint, the damage was repaired and the plastic replaced, but it took another month. I do not recommend it, I will never use the services again. Edit: You can see who we are dealing with, as soon as a real negative opinion is issued, he scares the court and tries to remove it. I recommend that all victims do not get scared, everyone has the right to express their opinion.

I gave the car over to the perpetrator's third party liability insurance. And it was the worst decision I could have made. I got the car after 1.5 months of waiting. In addition, upon delivery, it turns out that I have to pay PLN 500 for the repair. So I ask how, if everything is from the OC of the guy who hit me, and they said that by the way, they exchanged bsi etc. Although I technically returned a functional car, I paid, because the man from the workshop explained quite logically. BUT no one, absolutely NOBODY, had consulted this with me before the repair. After this "repair" something was wrong with my car. 4 months later, it stopped on the highway for me - the thing that supposedly was being repaired got out! I don't think I need to write what the cost was. Already skipping the return of a replacement car, it was just a comedy. As for the repaired bodywork mask mounted too high on one of the lights, door and fender not mated. The varnish flakes off after one year. On the confirmation of what has been done, for example, a bumper is listed, which has only been sanded, not replaced and it is not the only thing. If you want to save yourself time and nerves - avoid this "workshop" with a wide berth. I will NEVER ever go back there.
