Oiling customers, when there was a branch at Jasnogorska Street, I wanted to set up an account (reading the reviews now would be a mega error), the service lady asked me to wait a moment and someone will come to me after 2 hours of waiting (with a watch in my hand) and watching the ladies walking with a jackdaw and they go to talk to each other, I just left because of course no one came. What exceeded them at mBank took 10 minutes ... I try not to give such opinions, but here I am giving one star with a clear conscience

Money is lost, fees and commission for an ATM withdrawal PLN 20.00? I took out a PLN 12,000.00 commission, PLN 120 ... KPINA!

Best bank? Mockery. I was just charged for cash withdrawals from ATMs. A fee of PLN 15 for PLN 800. 20 PLN for 1000 PLN. This bank goes to the bottom.
