The bank does not want to return the promissory note despite the repayment of the loan and this type of contract concluded with it. Another nonsense: the only way hotlines can settle more serious matters. The customer has to call the hotline and they will tell him there ... Ha ha, wild Africa.

I was served quickly, a point in a great communication place, close to the center and about 500 meters from the railway station. A very good bank !!

The only things I can complain about are queues, but they are probably in every bank. In addition, the service is very nice and tries to advise the customer as best as possible.
