Just a drama that bank branch. I was there recently to pay the loan installment and I was served really rude by the lady who works at the cash desk in this branch. Someone who supervises this institution should intervene sharply ... I do not recommend anyone ...

The ladies in this institution are very unpleasant. They behave rude to the client. They don't help. You have to ask about everything yourself because the noble ladies know nothing to advise.

I visited the branch in Częstochowa about 2 months ago to close the invoice. It is known _ please pay the amount and we will close the invoice. After a month it turned out that I had to pay extra x2. I deposited and I'm waiting. I call after the deadline given in writing to close the account _ it turns out that both amounts were incorrect and I have to pay PLN 3.27. I have no idea what's going on because I was told to call again in a week to make sure everything is ok. Leave it with this bank is the worst institution in Poland

A bank like a bank ... But service, especially at the cash register, is simply a failure. Zero approach to the customer and what is worse, even the usual human kindness is missing. I would definitely not recommend !!!!!

Hello, Tragedy!!! one of the ladies in the Częstochowa branch behaves at least like the owner of a bank ... zero approach to the customer, thanks to which he receives, among others, a salary!
