Friendly service. Despite the long queue ... the lady tried to serve each applicant as quickly as possible. With enough people in the line, I got it sorted quickly

This is an embarrassment, ladies are wasting their time. And the offer is also weak. Waiting for a new card pin 2 weeks a bit weak. Generally, as in Polish banks, it is weak and very bad with everything. Simply very poor bank management.
